The legacy Expansion Blocks apps are being deprecated
We are retiring the older widget-based Expansion Blocks apps. The rise of AI has made it increasingly difficult to sustainably operate small, narrow apps that are easy to duplicate and hard to support at the standard merchants deserve.
Existing legacy apps will remain available only as deprecation notices. If you still have one installed, please uninstall it from your Shopify admin at your convenience.
Expansion Blocks will continue. We are working on new functionality that is embedded more deeply into the Shopify ecosystem, and we expect to release that work in the near future.
